Firstly, you're on the wrong page. Secondly, the quote was stating facts. Commercial failure is generally defined as something that does not reach expectations (source: wiki). When a drama is broadcasted, broadcasting stations would obviously like for it to attain high viewership. However, with the show only acheiving a low average rating, it obviously didn't reach the expectations of the station. Definitely, ratings are important. However, no one said that ratings represent how amazing the drama was. The reason they got only two awards is probably because of the low ratings that were because of the low popularity in korea as compared to internationally. I understand that you really enjoyed the show but sadly we can't always expect everyone to enjoy what we enjoy too.

Unlike many of the comments I saw, I actually really enjoyed this. I feel that it was really realistic how they were both suffering financially because it's the harsh reality of life for some. Death is also inevitable and it's another very real issue that people seem to dislike in shows but once again, I liked the realistic plot. It did make me cry but I found the watch really worth it.
