We love those dagger stares he shot her when she was opening the “secret admirer” lunch gift 😭 Jealous Yu was OUT. Silent, petty, and absolutely not hiding it.😂😂😂
Ok so our man apologizing for not introducing his mom to her!!!....Thank God he didn’t 😭 We really did not need that energy right now. Ma man read the room. Some doors are better left closed—for everyone’s peace 😂
The way she casually sits in his lap like it’s the most natural thing ever 😭 her love language is literally no words, just vibes—zero hesitation. And he doesn’t even flinch, just adjusts like, ‘yeah… this is my life now.’ 😭 I love this touchy-touchy energy—so simple, so warm, and stupidly cuuuuuute.
It’s not up to production how many episodes that’s the review board. I think this drama originally was more…
yeah...you’re probably right. I just checked—episode counts aren’t fully up to production. They’re decided by the review board, and a lot of dramas get trimmed during approval...anyway..I still want more..lol..
Honestly, I don’t think the producers saw this coming at all. You can tell the drama was made with care, just without realizing how hard people would get hooked. If they had, there’s no way it would’ve stopped at 28 episodes.
The foundation is crazy strong—engaging storylines, layered characters, a smart and fresh VR concept, fire chemistry, clean visuals, and solid acting all around. It just works.
I really wish it was at least 32 episodes—the story clearly has more to give. Maybe I’m biased because I’m way too into this drama… but yeah, I definitely want more. 😭
Well put!!Also this is one rare SML where I want him to have a happy ending as well. I am looking forward for…
Agree .... That’s actually one of the drama’s biggest strengths.
The cast is very solid, and the harmony between them feels natural, not forced. What I appreciate most—same as you—is that there’s no exaggerated acting, no over-the-top reactions, no unnecessary cringe. Everything feels grounded and restrained, which makes the emotions hit harder. I’d love to see things resolved in a fair, justice-driven way too. But at the end of the day, it is a story—and a really good one. I honestly didn’t expect to get this invested but here we are...lol Hopefully this sets a standard and we’ll get more dramas like this in the future: strong writing, mature performances, real chemistry, and trust in the audience instead of spoon-feeding drama. Fingers crossed ..
Yes, ty. Very interesting characters analysis (especially considering that their characters buildups are limited…
I totally agree—this drama should’ve been 36 episodes. There’s just too much going on to properly fit into 28: the complicated family dynamics, the father’s case, the romance, and the entire VR storyline. I genuinely like this drama. It has strong foundations and several compelling plotlines, which is exactly why it feels rushed at times. The VR concept in particular is solid and interesting, but it never really gets the space it deserves as you word it.. Honestly, I don’t think the producers expected it to reach this level of success when the project was first put together. The cast chemistry is impressive, the cinematography is on point, the acting is strong, and the story works. All in all, it’s one of the best dramas I’ve watched in a while.
Yeah they both have fallen for same woman but the most important thing is FL fallen for ML and choose the best…
Just to clarify, the purpose of my post is character comparison, not to center the discussion around who the FL chose.
I appreciate the enthusiasm for the ML, but this isn’t meant to turn into an emotional debate or a “taking sides” situation.
I’m interested in thoughtful, analytical comparisons of the characters mentioned in the post. I’m not interested in childish responses or battlefield-style drama over fictional characters.
If you have meaningful points to add to the comparison, feel free to share them. If not, it’s better to move on. Saying that characters “can’t be compared” or trying to dictate how others should discuss the topic isn’t constructive.
Next time, let’s choose our words more carefully and keep the discussion mature and on topic.
