The movie's out soon - early next year. I don't know how different it will be from the series, but the series is one of the best things I've ever seen. Totally recommend if you can find it anywhere! aannd now I'm adding Shining for One Thing to my list because that looks pretty good too :)

European here, I wanted to rewatch and it's disappeared for me too. I wonder if the licensing changed because of the movie.

The company dudes were pretty adorable in #29, especially Dong: trying to get them back together by putting them in the same suite lol. I need LX and ZY to win for them now.

We're waiting for #8 - there was a big cliffhanger at the end of #7! so I'd probably wait :)

All they see is that their precious only child, formerly a good little girl, has been messed up by a bad boy, so the best way to fix it and save her from any more grief is to get her completely away from him and back on the track of success that they wanted for her. They can't imagine - understandably at this point - that any good could come from any continued association with him, and probably feel that they should never have let her get involved with him. I get this totally! - but still have a whole lot more sympathy for ZY than I do for them, because ugh, they are harsh.

I really like him too. He's talented, well-dressed, kind and funny, and he understands her and her scary family. I would totally choose him irl, but can see why ZY doesn't :)

I'm confused about Xiu Zhu, as he now seems to be living with ZY. What is his deal? Does he like her romantically? Is he secretly her gay best friend?

Very intrigued by this company. The director is a coder and he's also been in prison? Must be some connection of Li Xun's from jail. And who's the mysterious old guy in the flash car who picked up Zhu Yun? Oooo. Such fun. Love how unpredictable it is.
