I chose to watch this drama because of Bai Lu and Dylan, but so far it feels like one of those shows people keep watching just to get to the typical kissing scenes, while everything else feels redundant. It’s enjoyable enough, but very unlikely to be a rewatch and definitely not an 8/10 🙃
I’m on episode 15 and still waiting for it to get interesting... I've basically been skipping a lot of scenes but I've heard it gets better by the end 🤞
I'm on episode 4 and honestly I'm having a hard time continuing 😮💨There’s already way too much misunderstanding,…
Thanks for all the answers 🫶 I'll give it a shot after all. The ML barely showed up at first, so I guess it can only get better once it hits the romance part
I'm on episode 4 and honestly I'm having a hard time continuing 😮💨There’s already way too much misunderstanding, and the story seems to be built around that. So far, there haven't been many funny moments either. Does it get better, or does it stay like this?
The cinematography and soundtrack were so good 😌 I think the whole series is so well-balanced!! Just the right amount of drama, great flirting and romance, and even the family stuff didn't feel like too much.. No skipping parts needed! I'm not a big fan of Esther Yu, but somehow I really enjoyed this drama
While watching Speed and Love, the warm sunset tones and the way the ML is framed immediately reminded me of The Forbidden Flower (one of my favs). There’s a noticeable physical tension and strong chemistry between the leads. There are also these moving, colorful light projections over some romantic scenes, giving a very similar feeling in both dramas. When I later found out they share the same director/screenwriter, it all made sense! Definitely not a coincidence 🎯
After the first half, it all goes downhill! Everything felt so forced and cliché, but not even the good kind. It was just confusing and awkward to watch.
The production quality is questionable at best. The story drags on with poor construction and very little to keep you interested. Honestly, the only thing worth watching is the romance between the leads. Everything else feels like filler. This drama could’ve been wrapped up in six romance-focused episodes without losing anything of value
I didn't understand Bai Li's career path. Did she study medicine? She worked as a doctor at the factory, but then she suddenly changed her career, and I couldn't understand whether it was out of necessity or because she didn't want to be a doctor to begin with. Also, did they just forget a character lying on the road --" ?? What happened at the end? I couldn't tell if it was just a dream or maybe it was a way of showing what's going to happen later.
I was unsure about starting this K-drama due to its low rating, but I read a comment saying it's not your typical rom-com—hence the bad rating—but that it was actually really good. Now, just two episodes in, my cheeks are already sore from laughing so much! I'm loving how it's different from the usual dramas. I'm definitely going to keep watching!
