I didn't understand Bai Li's career path. Did she study medicine? She worked as a doctor at the factory, but then she suddenly changed her career, and I couldn't understand whether it was out of necessity or because she didn't want to be a doctor to begin with.
Also, did they just forget a character lying on the road --" ??
What happened at the end? I couldn't tell if it was just a dream or maybe it was a way of showing what's going to happen later.

I was unsure about starting this K-drama due to its low rating, but I read a comment saying it's not your typical rom-com—hence the bad rating—but that it was actually really good. Now, just two episodes in, my cheeks are already sore from laughing so much! I'm loving how it's different from the usual dramas. I'm definitely going to keep watching!
