I had hopes for this drama since the leading ladies are such great actors, but I agree that it quickly turned from being about friendship to being heavily centered around their (potential/future) romances. Dropping this after episode 3. I also couldn't stop thinking about how Mi-jo was violating medical privacy laws by telling people about Chanyoung's diagnosis lol (or why she was told first before the actual patient herself in the first place).

Gowoon (Seojun's sister) in the next episode maybe??

I'm a fan of the webtoon and up-to-date with it, so it's fun to see the transition between comic to live action even with the changes and additions! Hwang In Yeop is the perfect Seo Jun... but I'm still not so convinced about Cha Eunwoo as Suho
