i appreciated this drama more when i watched it for the second time....it was a bit difficult to comprehend everything going on in the show at once the first time i watched it
Personally, the first 10 episodes were just breathtakingly beautiful. Everything about the show seemed perfect. After episode 20 I felt that the show was a bit draggy. I ended up forwarding a lot of scenes especially after episode 30. I didn't hate the show, but I did feel annoyed because of the excessive focus on side characters and plots.
Wait, what?? I watched episode 40 already. I dont think that was the ending. So the family picture is the ending?…
someone mentioned on dramanice's comments section that this wasn't the ending and earlier episodes till 46 (RAW) were uploaded. But I don't know how true that is. So probably episode 40 is the ending episode as all the scenes of the starting OST have been shown in the show.
It's mentioned that the show has 46 episodes while i could only find 40 episodes on both youtube as well as viki. Can someone tell me how many episodes are there in the show?
There are so many people who have re-watched it here, and loved it as much as they did it the first time they watched and I can't help but agree with you folks on this! Just re-watched it after five years straight and it was worth the shot.As someone who's not grown up in the 90's and does not belong to South Korea and lemme even say that I have not even followed K-pop in the recent times much, I felt a bit uneasy to relate to it earlier and even felt as if I was missing out on something but unexpectedly that turned out to be the best part. When the show eventually reaches the 2000's , a time I grew up in I could connect but the nostalgia I had felt watching the adorably-innocent scenes of the 90's could not match up, yes they were so good (not that the scenes of the 00's became less attractive). I have appreciated many scenes more as I re-watch it but at the same point felt that I was shipping the main couple lesser and lesser and wanted to watch the show because of its high comic value and did I mention extremely nostalgic vibes. It's great to see the events of another country from the point of view of drama writers, makes me want to live through that day, age and place!
I absolutely loved this show,I know a lot of people have been saying that they did not like the acting or felt that the story was repetitive but I am in complete denial...I guess maybe because they have been comparing it with Death note (whyyy??). I don't find shows addicting enough these days .... but this show really hooked me on and I completed it within one day. Moreover this is the first Jdrama that I have ever completed (again dropped many). There are so many emotions to grasp in this show and it is absolutely a breath of fresh air in a time where following the 'trend' is the norm.
ps; I wasn't very fond of the ending...felt that Kento's character could have time traveled three months later..would have made more sense!!
The ending was quite weird, and I seriously didn't expect it to go this way. One thing I truly disliked about this show was the advertising part, it made the show look less genuine and convincing. I know, you need sponsors to run a show, but that doesn't mean that you will advertise so many products and in each and every episode like from shampoo brands to travel websites and what not. This irritated me a lot. Secondly, no offense to anyone, but I felt that Shen Yue was a bit uncomfortable while kissing, like they would kiss, but it was just the same, as if they had accidentally fallen on each other.I am sorry to say this, no offense.
i seriously did not want to watch this drama now since it has not been finished and i only watch dramas once they are finished but now i am so addicted to it and like this show keeps getting better it is seriously so irritating and annoying
