So, I never thought a drama with these leads would get an 8 on a drama, but that's exactly what this drama deserves, The story and premise had so much potential, but it quickly became a scowl fest from both leads. I thought their chemistry could carry the show, but it never developed past childhood friend-zone. The bad guys fell flat. The secondary characters had better acting direction than the leads. The emperor was unnecessary. The pacing and lighting were weird. It felt like a puzzles that decided to paste the non-fitting pieces together and just cut the bits that didn't fit. Will not be recommending.
