I'd say its pretty equal once FL starts opening her heart to ML, she takes the initiative to clear misunderstandings and go on dates together. She plans surprises for him, and she's the one that asks him to officially start dating too.

The mistress' daughter liked him at the party, and thought it wouldn't hurt to borrow FL's status to meet him, thinking once he sees her he wouldn't mind the misunderstanding cause she's pretty herself. But hearing that he got into a car accident, scared he might blame her for his accident, so she never showed up at the hospital to clear up the misunderstanding.

it's cause of a misunderstanding. he fell in love with her at the party, thought it was her who wanted to meet up, but it was another girl (her father's mistress' daughter) pretending to be her father's daughter at the party who wanted to meet him. on the phone he only mentioned it was Nie's daughter and not her full name.

the accident caused him to give up his dreams of becoming a neurosurgeon. he didn't blame her, but was bitter on why she never showed up at the hospital to see him back then. so he voluntarily moved to the company she works at to find out why, FL doesn't know anything about his accident, so he thought she forgot about him. While working together, he finds out that she's a really nice girl, so he still falls in love with her again, starts chasing her from ep 8, but they don't clear the past misunderstanding until ep22. slow burn, and stupid misunderstandings, but super satisfying and cute after they get together.

yeah, she got divorced again cause she finally realized that they'll never be a happy family since her mother in law will never know the truth about the first divorce, hence she will never be accepted as part of the family. Also, the children have all grown up, so it made sense to divorce and pursue her own dreams which is to travel outside and live for herself for once.

I don't remember about the description, but in the promo photo for last season, they had the main four couples in the picture at the beginning, and only added Naeon and Hyunggyu into the promo pic after they joined the cast. So there's a chance that they could add new members if they moved to a different location later on, that had more bedrooms to accommodate the additional members.

I read on twitter that his family's not actually poor to the point where he's financially supporting his whole fam, and that hwihyeon and hyewon only officially dated for 2 to 3 months cause they broke up in the middle but they still counted the breakup time in between to call it 5 months. Not sure how true these posts on twitter really are though!

I just finished binging this drama and it was so good! His kids never find out about him being the young WooYoung, but it was still satisfying to watch him return to being the dad that his kids and wife needed.
