Ah nice. I generally don't find most kdramas dark aside from a few each year that push the limit.

Article "River Where The Moon Rises" cancels filming, officially drops Kim Ji Soo from the drama.
I've watched a kdrama that did the same thing before. Joseon Survival (2019). Lead actor also had to get replaced.
Was it jarring at all?

Damn that's unfortunate. If they don't reshoot the first 4 episodes as well I doubt I'll continue because having a different actor play the same character with no logical explanation in the series just doesn't work for me.
