May I ask what sort of medical issue is it? I really hate terminal illness/cancer plots and I am thinking about watching this...

I think the description is not doing favors for this series as I wouldn't watch it based on that alone, AND I am giving this series 10/10, each story is unique and eye-catching in its own way. I recommend for people to not look at the description or the ratings, its easily one of the best Taiwanese dramas this year and I absolutely love the actors, it is a combination of all the best and most familiar faces in Taiwanese acting industry with just a few of them missing. I am super glad its on Netflix, Taiwanese dramas should have more recognition and I am happy there are more and more high quality productions. Highly recommend.

I liked the drama so much until the pregnancy thing. I think it was unnecessary to the plot and it made the main leads relationship seem less innocent/focused too much on it. Loved the cat tho.
