but I think Cheng Xiao would be better suited to play Zhao Yu (she comes from the same universe but with a different book). she is Zhao Yu in my mind, chasing her dream of being part of a girlgroup to South Korea after successfully winning popularity there, she returned to China restarting her efforts and once again becoming the top 1 female idol in the Country and becoming the top 3 idols with Huo Xi and Shen Junyi.
i really wish Zhao Lusi will take this cdrama even though the chances are very small. she matched Sheng Qiao too much, Sheng Qiao was almost like an image of her indirectly. Sheng Qiao took a black line, she reaped all forms of hatred for trying to tie CP with Huo Xi a popular idol and she was also claimed to be a flower vase. Slowly after she finished her contract with her agency she improved her acting skill and tried all kinds of different characters and showed her quality to the public.
it's like Lusi is constantly being misunderstood about everything she does, whether she does or not where she can't explain herself for the hate she's received for 5 years and the only thing she can do is try to prove herself with acting. the diverse characters slowly won over netizens' impression of her being a quality actress with a wide acting range.
this book also has almost 50% part on variety shows which is very interesting and with Lusi's unique humor in bringing the drama, she will eat Sheng Qiao's character without any residue, more than one can imagine about the character itself.
btw i didn't really like Juhee's character at first but as the story progressed I felt that she was a good example for a drama character where a rich kid said she wanted to run her own life and really learned to support herself with her hard work.
a lot of dramas do that with the main cast but all they do is get in a sports car and take a trip out of the country or party but keep arguing with the person who feeds them. i was like wtf are you still healthy?

Juhee's character is a character growth for the rich main character of another drama who says they wants to pursue their dream. i like her live action instead always argue with her parents 24/7. and ofc i will like her more if she ends up with Taeyong LOL

i'm not trying to defend Taeyong and say he's an angel but i think it's like a different perspective. everyone has their own problems with their background and no one has the obligation to understand other.
Hwang Taeyong doesn't care about the things of the people below him because he doesn't understand at all and blind to it like how Lee Seungcheon can't understand Taeyong's troubles as a rich kid and really want to be Taeyong. in fact Juhee can empathize and defend Seungcheon which is a bit contrast with other characters but that's all because she's seen it (although it's still gray) with how her friend died due to bullying and with Seungcheon too he defends his friend because he understands how it is and he can't have the slightest empathy for Janggu because he doesn't know how to be him and turns to beat him.

Juhee really deserves better. I would really happy if she really ends up with Taeyeong, bcs i ship them too bad but it seems that kdrama is little bit stingy with Second Lead. they didn't let them have a HE with FL like they did in “Nevertheless” with Yoo Nabi and Dohyeok. It's very regrettable for me, sometimes it makes missperception that ML is the one who ends with FL.
