And maybe you wouldn't do this because you don't have to face a dilemma like this.

You do realize she is sombody who has grown up alone in the world. Maybe she has not lived a privileged life like you have. Maybe she learned at a very young age to put herself first no natter what. I am not trying to sympathize with her but i understand her and love the fact that the writer decided to explore such a grey character. Hating on her blindly shows that you have a lot of growing up to do when it comes to human understanding. Things are not so black and white in the world.

Hate Soo Ah all you want but from a cinematic persepective, she is the most interesting character on the show. She is not a static character like Sae Ro Yi and she explores that gap between good and bad. She is selfish but with a conscience. She comes closest to reality. Don't get me wrong! I love love love the main couple but what people are calling soo ah's flaws are actually the traits that make her stand out. A lot of you will probably do something similar in her situation, react jn the same way.

Not hating it or anything, but can someone tell me, does this drama get better after first episode? I watched…
Yes! The first two 2-3 episodes are very foundational but things really pick up!

True and the sad reality is, this actually happens in Korea and very openly so.

I would pick a Yi Seo over a Su Ah any day. Though I don't dislike Su Ah either. I think I understand her and I love the part where Sae Ro Yi tells her why he liked her.

the only things here that have to be fixed: MDL rating system that allows ppl to rate a drama before it finishes…
Rating episodes is just too..I don't know, meticulous? The main rating gives a quick, general idea about the show. It's rather uncomplicating. Of course rating goes up and down as the show progresses but isn't that even better? When camellia blooms was like a 8.3 during its run and when it finished it enjoyed a rating of 8.7. Extraordinary you was great initially went downhill after like 7-8 episodes so I am not surprised its rating dropped. Like W (another heart-breakingly disappointing second half).

But still I feel MDL remains more engaging and lively when you can rate currently airing dramas.

Honestly I love the fact that people start rating when the drama begins. It gives me an idea about how the show is doing. I rely a lot on these ratings to start a drama. And they are hardly unfair because we know the rating is based on the episodes that are out and you can adjust your rating as the story progresses. I mean, this is one of the most fun things about MDL if you ask me.

Why isn't anyone fixing the rating thing? Did MDL get paid by netflix or something? So that the average rating remains high and they get more views?
