How can a drama go from 10 to 0 so quickly? The story started going downhill after ep 26 and everything felt rushed toward the end. Still a good watch though. I loved the main couple a lot. I just wish the last few episodes were handled better.
First two episodes were soooo good!!!! Ryeoun did a really good job with this character and I'm sure he has a lot more to show in the upcoming episodes. Eagerly waiting for next week!!!!
Currently re-reading the manhwa to forget the existence of this live adaptation and honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Everything about the manhwa still hits the same 😭❤️
Lol they are turning it into a office romance. I was already dissatisfied with the casting and now with all the changes, I'm definitely not watching this 😒
"Aoi and Shusei are in love and they begin to live together secretly. Their secret is discovered by Reon. Now, Aoi, Shusei and Reon begin to live together." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It seems like the writer ran out of ideas, so she randomly searched for Islamic stories and thought, “Hey! Iblis and Azrael sound cool!” Then she went ahead and used their story in her drama. I see many people saying, “It’s just a drama, it’s fiction.” But how can we take it as fiction when they literally used verses from the Quran, repeatedly mentioned the word "Iblis", and based the male lead’s backstory on the exact same story of Iblis? It’s just impossible.
I genuinely tried my best to see it as fiction, but even I was offended. If the writer intended to create an evil male lead, there were countless other ways to do it—but no, she had to choose the worst possible one, and in doing so, she hurt the sentiments of people from a specific religion. Even when the teaser dropped, they had plenty of time to fix their mistake. But they didn’t and went ahead with their bold move. Now enjoy the backlash.
