I couldn't even enjoy all the thrilling moments from ep 15 cause I was too sad thinking of Miho's condition. When Miho and Chang Ho were talking about their happy moments. When Miho told Chang Ho "Let's see each other every day no matter how busy you are"...... This might be the saddest goodbye line I've ever seen in my life.
