Funny how so many people are now talking about the negative aspects all of a sudden after the controversy. When I started watching this show 4-5 days ago, I couldn't find a single negative comment no matter how much I scrolled down. (That was before the controversy) Those people who are consistently saying that the idea of them treating people's mental illness is ridiculous, let's get the fact first. THEY ARE NOT TREATING ANYONE'S MENTAL ILLNESS, THEY'RE JUST PREVENTING SUICIDES. Don't mix them up. I don't think any of the suicidal characters stopped being depressed just bcz the lead characters managed to prevent their suicide. Lead characters simply helped them to realize that there is still options except suicide. They helped them feel better for a while. That doesn't count as treating mental illness. If I'm not wrong, that red light app or whatever app it is, it was created to see how much suicidal a person is, not how much depressed a person is. So when that app goes below 50% it probably means that their suicidal tendency have decreased, not that their depression have been cured .

I've heard this drama is coming soon. seriously can't wait for it!!! I've been waiting for Steven Zhang's new dramas specially this drama cz its plot sounds too good and we might get to see him in a very unique role. Thankfully this drama is the first one to get released from his upcoming drama list. XieXie Youku 🥰🥰

I'm an ARMY who just recently started watching this show. Yesterday when I suddenly saw so many 1 star rated review from ARMYS I was a bit shocked tbh. I believed the fandom and ended up thinking that they have used the name of all 7 members of BTS along with their real birthdate (call me stupid or whatever 😑)... Anyway shortly after that I read the entire article of koreaboo regarding this controversy. It was only then when I found out that they have used only 1 name (Kim Taehyung, which is a very common name in Korea) and 2 birthdates (while changing the birth years). What surprised me the most is that this controversial scene is from ep 7! while this drama has already released 14 ep. After reading that article I seriously didn't understand WHY DID THIS CONTROVERSY BLEW UP ONLY NOW??? WHY AFTER ALMOST 1 MONTH? I mean I don't understand. It was just a piece of paper, in the drama they didn't glorify those name from the paper, did they? Then why, why y'all are acting like this? BTS members are not the only ones on this earth with those birthdates. It's okay if you're still upset about it but please don't give this amazing show 1 star review just bcz of that 1 second scene! Hating on MBC is okay but hating the entire drama? that's childish.

I rarely rewatch dramas no matter how much fav they are to me. So far I've completely rewatched only 2 dramas.

School 2013 - I wasn't really planning on rewatching it. But one of my cousin wanted me to show her a drama of LJS. She's still a minor so watching school 2013 with her was the safest choice for me.

While you were sleeping - this one is one of those very few dramas that I'll probably never get tired of. I do agree with you when you said that you'll notice a lot of details of a show while rewatching, it happened to me in case of WYWS. What's worse is that while rewatching it I suffered from 2nd lead syndrome 💀 I never felt 2nd lead syndrome when I first watched WYWS, so I thought it would be okay 2nd time too 😭 anyway I love this drama and will probably rewatch it again someday.

Besides these two I tried rewatching Romance is a bonus book, but I couldn't continue it after ep 4. I'll try to pick it up again.

As a webtoon reader, I'm really liking this version of Na ildeung so far. usually I hate it when they decide to change the personality of a character but here the changes were done in an acceptable way. even tho his personality has changed, his thought process his significant dialogues and some important scenes of him stays the same which is why I'm not feeling disappointed with the changes. props to the team for keeping the original plot the same!

Maybe it's not really possible to add that long neck thing in live action, that's why they avoided it. Idk really but honestly I can't imagine it in live action.

In the beginning of the webtoon, ildeung was shown to have some superiority complex. He used to think so highly of himself and he was kinda arrogant. So his long neck was like a metaphor that represents his inner wicked thoughts.

Both Siyue and XianXian's secret was that they liked each other since high school days.

I agree! it's true that ML was being possessive over her only in case of SML. and thanks for pointing out that scene where FL was spying on ML. Many people seem to never talk about it.

You're welcome^^ Tbh I was thinking of skipping this drama too when I saw so many negative comments about ML. However I'm thankful to myself for not totally relying on those comments. I hope you'll enjoy watching this drama as much as I did :)

I've been waiting for this drama ever since it was first announced. I mean it's my most anticipated drama of 2022 and I was planning to watch it ongoing. But never have I ever expected that this drama will air between my exams. RIP my excitement 😭😭😭😭

Currently I'm taking a break from Kdramas. I'll definitely watch secret garden someday since it's one of the most popular Kdrama of all time .

This drama made me wish I was a high schooler again. I keep remembering my high school memories while watching it 🥺 apart from the romance, all the other things in this drama are so close to reality and some moments are so relatable that I'll be like "oh. I've been there. I know how it feels like!" When FL was struggling to adapt into a new environment, when she was feeling inferior to some classmates, I felt that. Also the ML's character is quite refreshing to see. He isn't cold to anyone and gets along pretty well with his friends and classmates. Somehow the romantic part is developing in a natural way too. For now I'm totally hooked up to this drama <3

I didn't watch secret garden 😅
