Title Learning to Love Spoiler
For anyone hesitating after the first two episodes; they do stop falling over. At first this does come off as…
When Kaoru said he's going to get close to her to take advantage of her money I was expecting another cliche "they get close than she finds out and feels betrayed" plotline but they solved it much more maturely (more like it didn't even become a problem lol). And then I thought they would do the evil fiance plotline but again surprise! I loved his character right from the start but I was prepared for it to go downhill. But, they managed turned it around at the last minute every single time.

For anyone hesitating after the first two episodes; they do stop falling over. At first this does come off as exaggerated and childish but I think the third episode onwards there is a shift. Kaoru's actor is genuinely very good (even though I didn't find him attractive at first), the micro expressions, the fidgeting he does with his hands and feet, it feels so natural I forget he's acting.

The scene where Minami's dad comes to her room and she looks for a pillow to hold but doesn't find one so she hugs her bag, it is such a minor detail but so very realistic it sold it to me.

This drama was not predictable at all and I love that! Have yet to watch the last episode tho.

Can someone please recommend some more jdramas that are well done and not predictable?
On Lee Sung Kyung Aug 22, 2025
lee sungkyung in CITT was such a great character. she shines in these unhinged roles the most. i wish she'd do something like that again. the basic romcom fl roles don't do her justice at all.

Out of all the dramas that I watched in my lifetime (over 250 to be exact) this is the BEST. It's not for everyone.…
18 here and definitely my favourite drama!

Rewatching this and seeing the difference each time he leaves her at her house goes to show how much their feelings…
these subtle details is what makes this drama so great!

I don't get why everyone is so pressed bc of the mom. She is irritating but I just took her as a joke and she didn't bother me. And some people complain about the female leads behaviour at the end but imo it felt real. 10/10

Guys "Romance is a Bonus Book "or "Something in the rain"What do you prefer ??And why ??
Something in the rain definitely! It was just real, beautiful and broke my heart in peices in a perfect way. The only negative was that the ending had the potential to be better. But I'm satisfied. And the skinship is really 11/10. I think it's the best I've ever seen in any kdrama. The acting is perfect. Their chemistry is just wow. Definitely gonna rewatch!

RIABB is lighter and more chill. Kind of what I find boring. I honestly did not feel for the female lead. The book publishing, editing parts were fun tho.
