You have to muddle through the first bit where it's all about her annoying family and then it gets better when the ML comes into the story. I think it was around episode 4 or 5....good luck!!

I was exactly the same! Took me 3 tries over the past year to watch this. I couldn't get past the first few episodes (and the grandmother's constant screaming!) but once I did, I was hooked and now I think I'm a ZLS fan 🙈 😜

Did we ever find out what He Yan wrote in that letter she gave General Li? She told him not to read it until after she left..
