However, the grandmother ie Bai Li's mother, deletes the service as she couldn't get closure. Possibly, her eventual rejection of the service was age-related.
I enjoyed this. Both the lead characters knew what they wanted (to a degree) and stuck with it. They were true to themselves. A good movie without the usual formulaic cliches.
On the whole, a continuation of Gyun Woo's (mis)adventures is not as interesting as what they could have done with a sequel featuring Jun Ji Hyun only. Besides, he didn't deserve her as in he was just there when she needed someone like him, so I saw the ending of the original movie as a friendship thing. Therefore, the premise of this second movie is plausible although I undestand why some commentators are outraged at its existence.
