I skimmed the novel and the drunk scene of episode 4 happens in chapter 34 but then nothing after. How closely is this following the novel? when does the bedroom scene happen in the novel?

and that is justified? Forcibly kissing someone isn't the first act of revenge that would come to a typical person's mind. If someone wants revenge, they're far more likely to hit the other person or confront them physically. Even in cases of sexual assault, if the scenario involves one man assaulting another, there would usually need to be some context or prior indication that one of them is at least gay.

Where did that sudden SA come from. There wasn't any spark between them. Not even a hint that both of them are gay. Is the novel better? Maybe they cut too many scenes and now we are left to assume the rest of the plot.

okay so his name is Yi chen right? then did he call his own name in sleep or his brother? and why did that effect Lu feng like that?

I skim watched the last episode, it is a nice drama but it should not be taken seriously.

Yeah, as much as I like the acting and chemistry in this drama. Politics is not the writers strongest suit. As they say a character is only as smart as the writer.

Hahaha imagine any politician today would say something along the lines of "I am going to change the government and political regime and sit aside and watch" on their first day of power.
