my healing dramas are be melodramatic and cheese in the trap. when i feel down i usually rewatch chief kim for the nth time or choose a more cliche option like secret garden or the heirs for mindless fun. special mention to beautiful mind/dr. frankestein and chicago typewriter.
nam joo's birthday party comes to my mind when he stares at danho and kyung replacing the scene. i didn't even realize it was kyung's brother then but i definitely noticed him.
can baek kyung fucking chill omg???? nobody wants your negative ass around when someone's literally awaiting their death!! i started out with so much hope for his character but it's too late for a redemption arc at this point.
also someone pls teach this boy consent and meaning of the word "no" bc i don't think this manhwa high school taught him any life lessons
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zknfFPUKj3wSomeone subbed the press conference for the drama omg!!!I am shocked…
ooh so according the press con, the drama merely took the base of the webtoon. that explains why the webtoon readers are so displeased with it. i'm currently reading the cheese in the trap webtoon and i find the drama characters much more likeable. i guess our opinions are shaped by what we had access to first.
there was a similar plot line in wie daehan show with the female lead's sister apearing only when she is alone, much like seokgoo's mom. the soft smile and melancholic vibe of the scenes with his mom made it feel like she's part of a memory than an actual person.

also definitely NEED an sf9 ost for this drama!
