I didn't want to assume anything but if he was just diagnosed while filming the drama, I think these symptoms developed because he was too invested into the role of Cheon Suho, who's sick. Kjh has also vomitted in the drama, probably couldn't sleep because they had to film for many hours, also stress developed from the entire experience and the emotions that he had to show as cheon suho. I remember my teacher once told me something along the lines of, 'If you believe you have a certain illness/disorder/health problem/etc, and look up symptoms and start acting like you have them, then you might actually develop those symptoms'.
