I really enjoyed this series and how they adapted the storylines so well from the original drama, I appreciate how they were able to make it work within korean culture and have it so you still had the silly charm from the original. The only thing in this series I wish they had changed was the cricket noises in all of the outdoor scenes, I can understand if some audio issues happened while on set but using a very loud cricket noise nonstop was not the way to do it. If they had maybe ducked the sound of it so it wasn’t overpowering while the characters talked or even louder during silences it would have been far more effective. That however was a personal pet peeve for me. Regardless the story was excellent considering what had to be condensed based off of the differences in runtime from this show to the original. I very much loved thet they kept some of the iconic cute scenes from Why R U in here, specifically the counting down and if one looks away they’re in love(was kicking my feet the whole time it happened) But this is def gonna be a comfort show to come back a rewatch!!
