An amazing story of survival against all odds. I did not know this story was primarily about dogs or I would not have watched it. I love dogs and got too emotional over this one. Great scenary and acting by all, dogs and humans.

Loved this oldie and Love Generation, both with same actor. The long hair, baggy clothes, and old cell phones are a hoot to watch, but I'm a sucker for these older romances.

I', gping to watch it now. I loved Great White Tower, also with Karasawa Toshiaki, and The Grand Tribe. They were all written by the same person who always writes complex stories with twists in the plot, very original. Thanks for the recommendation. Both above have unforgettable endings!

Way too slow! And the story line is too ridiculous and contrived for me. Worst of all the acting is so unnatural and exaggerated. Yes, I felt like it was acting and just a cheesy soap opera. There are so many T K and J romances that are better.

Since we seem to have the same taste, you really should see Kanisama Mou Sukashi Dake (God please give me more time), Orange Days, Autumn's Concerto,Winter Sonata, Staircase to Heaven. I mention these because I've seen a ton of bad ones and I hate wasting my time.
