Riiiiight? The episodes in „Norway“ bugged me the most. Also when they were drinking coffee and paid with dollar, as well as the interlude pictures when they were showing a supposedly Norwegian little town with fjord and small houses and suddenly they’re meeting up on a roof top and driving in a limo along tall buildings that you have to be blind not to recognize as The Bund in Shanghai. :‘-D
