omg I hope they keep the ptsd scenes towards the end its so important to the whole plot! also in the trailers, we can hear songran saying "azan let's go home" "azan it's okay they are doctors" so we know for sure they filmed the part in the book when songran takes him for his checkup and he has a traumatic attack because of the little boy hitting his walking stick
