This show is so hard to grapple with because from a sociological lens, it does a great job at analyzing and critiquing society and the lengths it can affect people; I feel like I learned a lot (in the good episodes lol) and it gave me perspective. However, from a psychological view it is such a mediocre portrayal of both mental illness and what individuals go through to overcome it. LSH and KHS really carried and I wished we had more time with their story :'(

As someone who saw and loved the anime, there is no cellist in that version. And you're right, there would really be no need for him in that plot. I think this might be the only version with that kind of second lead (still haven't seen the JDrama, so I'm not speaking for that one). Hope this helps!

I liked it, actually! I may be one of the only ones, but I am liking the whole structure and thematic nature the drama seems to be going for. It's not the best drama, and there are a lot of things that could be done better, but personally I don't think it's that bad at all :). (This is speaking as someone who has never read the webtoon, by the way.)
