If the production team gives him that much creative freedom the production behind the drama might be really good as its not really common for it to be the case..obviously cant say it for the writing aspect but I have faith in him. Also from what I can tell DL is a very passionate actor and dedicated in his performance this level of improvement to deliver a performance is something i havent really seen in that many chinese dramas from actors at all.. He is a Gem of an Actor and just too good...

i feel in general the best performances from actors in all formats of drama and movies are through inputs from actors themselves since they study so much and have experiences of situation... no wonder DL is so charming and eye-catching in his dilogue delivery and acting that is pleasing to the eyes<3 i feel one example is also that scene when ZZ injured her foot and SPC said "Ask me to carry you" was total adlibbed it was so SPC and natural hehe

Deng Lun is SUPER GIFTED and versatile in emotions... he is able to control them well in scenes???? he is up there with the level of acting i see in kdramas???????? also I just love it when he smiles~~ feels healing^^
I was hopeful that maaaaaybe something would change in ZhenZhen's head about JingRan... like atleast see PengCheng a little clearer as a man.. but nothing is changing even the preview for 29-30 episode doesnt really show any change for them... its honestly frustrating... and I love Shao PengCheng. HE DESERVES LOVE AND PROTECTION. He is the only one with an actual mind.. He is too good for ZZ at this point.. I mean why cant she bring it up more that she isnt ready to get married... plus now Ms Bai stopped taking her medication so now she is a little more out there i guess...i dont how how this show will end with 18 episodes to go..but so far it looks disappointing and open-ended...i might drop it unless I see PengCheng happy like tomorrow????
