I kept crying with her AND him. when he hit his chest, ufff, that was so painful to watch
Totally agree with your point Thinking about it again, I don’t think he should be treated in such way and held accountable without understanding everything, she is grieving her son so I understand her lack of sound judgement. I also I understand that she never believed he would stand with her in regard to their child. I’m conflicted about why she tried to trick him in such way, if she believed he left her because he didn’t care about her but cared about overcoming the trial then her actions make no sense. But if she believed deep down that he cared then it makes sense.

I honestly felt resentful toward him, he was too practical even during such an emotional time, the moment he finished crying instead of going to her he went to investigate I understand that’s the reasonable thing to do to resolve everything but at the same time I hated it… I don’t think she should forgive him any time soon
My tears couldn’t stop My favorite Bai Lu’s performance
The thing I disliked about the drama is the excessive usage of sfx & the kinda awkward editing when something appears suddenly like a sword in a character’s hand
But those things can’t ruin how much I’m enjoying this drama
What episode are you on? Im on ep 9 and im already stressed loll
In chinese drama we might think sweetness follows bitterness but that’s a novice mistake. What follows bitterness is even more bitterness that makes you wish to find the screenwriter & director to have a “friendly” chat…
Truly The Best Thing I loved it from ep 1 to 28 I wish there were more fulfilling & warm dramas like this one The OST was on point and the way the ML & FL interacted touched my heart I actually dropped 3 other different dramas that I was watching to focus on this one, I didn’t want to ruin the warmth I was getting from it Please recommend similar cdramas for me <3
Worth every second
The acting is top tier for everyone involved
Like an heiress
Would like to see her in more roles

I can feel the anger & conflicting longing portrayed so beautifully
I’m gonna have a new fave ~
After finishing it I think it deserves even higher rating
You won’t regret watching it!
