It was sweet for the ML to buy the FL simple stuff like skin care products and even (lol) underwear.

This drama may be cliche and predictable but I'm enjoying it. Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin have really good chemistry together. I think I'm going to keep on watching it.

The casting is solid and both of the leads can act well. I hope this drama portrays mental illness/disorders properly.

In most chinese dramas, voice actors usually dub over the actors and actresses. The dramas are dubbed by voice actors so it's in standard mandarin. Li Yi Tong has dubbed her own voice in a few dramas like Bloody Romance, so it's surprising that her and Li Xian (he's dubbed his characters before too like in Go Go Squid) aren't dubbing their characters in this drama.

Even though I've watched a few episodes already, I went back to watch the trailer for this drama and it looks like Si Yi wakes up from the game but Zheng Zheng is stuck there.

So true. I really hope the female lead matures / changes. Her hitting the main lead is so tiring.

I do feel bad for him but I guess that was the only way she could escape. Their chemistry is so good.

I watched episodes 9 and 10 and wow. SC saving HL's father in the past was surprising to find out. It's weird seeing SC dressed in the palace style clothing + hairstyle. HL has feelings for SC but she hasn't realized yet (she was smiling when she was thinking about the moments they had together when she was leaving). I wish HL would stop punching SC. I love seeing the girl who HL rescued learn sword fighting, I was so proud of her and I ship her with the henchmen of SC who was training her. I'm excited for the episodes next week. I'll probably rewatch the show when official English subtitles start being added to the episodes.

I've watched all 8 episodes so far without english subtitles and this show is entertaining. It's interesting seeing pirates. The female lead is smart but I didn't like it when she stabbed the male lead twice (I'm glad she at least said sorry to him). The male lead fell for the female lead really fast, he's totally a masochist. I love the side characters especially HL's friend who she saved in the earlier episodes and their friendship is cute. I love how the female lead has saved many characters but I can't wait to see her character mature more. It looks like she ran away from home since she did meet her actual brother in one of the latest episodes. In episode 8, i can't believe that HL fell for SC after he saved her and she didn't realize that it was him since he was wearing a mask. The chemistry of the main leads is so good and I feel like I'm watching the show for their chemistry.
