Sick of seeing the rapist Lee Kyung Young being casted in every drama recently including this one. Casting directors, there are many older male actors that can be casted instead of him.

He’s playing as Sakaguchi Kentaro’s character Koizumi Jun who got plenty of screentime in the original and the romance will 100% be between him and the fl. Although the original had no romance, him and the fl obviously liked each other + the fl only had feelings of admiration for the other ml who is basically like her mentor who she wants to be like as an editor and person.

Even if he does die, it’s too early for him to die in episode 11 lol

Hoping Yeonhee at least gets some character development since her first appearance in the drama she is still the same entitled spoiled daughter who abuses her servants. She wants to be queen but she thinks more about wanting to be LT’s sole wife rather than the people of Joseon.

I guess there is no sole person who killed her family. What you said reminded me of how YJ said everyone is her enemy at the end of episode 9.

I wasn’t hating on PGW, somehow I’m liking his character more recently. But it’s true how LT and his father have focused too much on fighting PGW instead of the citizens of Joseon. No wonder PGW sees Yoo Jung as a true leader.

I agree he shouldn’t have done the bloodshed like getting YJ’s family killed, etc. The only time it was justified was when he overthrew the tyrant. Although he doesn’t want LT to become a tyrant, he should at least work with him to improve the lives of the people of Joseon. Maybe he’ll see how LT is starting to be influenced by YJ and actually work with him.

PGW is bad but the tyrant he overthrew Yeonsangun (an actual historical figure) was the worst tyrant in the whole history of the Joseon dynasty. So I can see why he’s scared of LT becoming one but YJ is helping LT become a benevolent king. I do hope LT focuses on wanting to help his people like how he finally started in episode 9 and becomes a great king.

It’s mainly a political drama

I can see why PGW married Lady Yoon over Queen dowager CGY, honestly they are a perfect match.

Whenever PGW praises YJ, I can’t help but like him. He is 💯 right about her.

3 years from now

She’ll officially be crowned Queen after the three mourning years, but will she still be alive….six more episodes to find out

So glad PGW and LT especially PGW made it on time to save YJ, I’m glad PGW actually treats YJ like the queen she is
