In the heart of bustling Seoul, Ryu Sun Jae lived his days as a quiet observer of life's grand tapestry. Among the vibrant streets and towering skyscrapers, his heart beat for one man alone—his friend and confidant, Kim Tae Seong. Tae Seong, with his gentle smile and warm heart, was the sun around which Ryu's world revolved.
However, Tae Seong's affections were reserved for another—Sol, a captivating presence whose laughter echoed through the city streets. Despite Ryu's silent longing, he watched from the sidelines as Tae Seong's heart danced to the rhythm of Sol's laughter.
One fateful day, the fragile web of trust between Tae Seong and Sol shattered when whispers of infidelity stained their once perfect love. Heart heavy with betrayal, Tae Seong sought solace in Ryu's comforting embrace, his tears mingling with the rain that poured relentlessly from the heavens above.
In a moment of vulnerability, Tae Seong's lips met Ryu's in a desperate kiss—a fleeting taste of forbidden desire that left their hearts entwined in a tangled web of longing and regret.
But as the storm clouds cleared and the floodwaters receded, Tae Seong's heart remained adrift in a sea of uncertainty. Conflicted between duty and desire, he pushed Ryu away, his words a dagger in the silence between them.
"It was a mistake," Tae Seong whispered, his voice laced with sorrow. "I can't lose Sol, not now."
Yet, as the days turned into weeks and weeks into months, Tae Seong found himself drawn to Ryu in ways he couldn't explain—a magnetic pull that defied reason and logic. And as the floodwaters rose once more, threatening to consume everything in their path, Tae Seong realized that love, in all its forms, was a force stronger than any storm.
With Ryu by his side, Tae Seong's heart found refuge in the quiet moments shared between them—a stolen glance, a tender touch, a whispered promise of forever.
For Ryu Sun Jae, love was a beacon of hope in the darkness—a guiding light that led him to the heart of the man he loved. And as they stood together, hand in hand, amidst the chaos of the world around them, they knew that their love would endure, steadfast and unwavering, even in the face of the fiercest tempests.
Does anyone actually understand Jao and Tawan's arrangement? Who is she actually married to? At first I thought she's with Tawan and waiting to divorce him and now Tawan said Pat's her husband? Someone pls helpp
The show went kinda meh towards the end. The last episode was such a waste. Go Dae Ri's conclusion was weird and unsatisfactory. Loved Jihoon's episode and frankly all the ghost stories. I wanted to like the love story but they lacked the romantic chemistry. Solid 8/10 show for me.
I missed Jang Ki Yong so much!! My roommate is a gumiho was the first ongoing drama that I was obsessed with. I watched previews, interviews, behind the scenes over and over again haha. I remember begging people for links here and reddit to read the webtoon as I couldn't wait for the next episodes. I was new to dramas and waiting for weekly episodes was torture but now i like it as it's less pressure to watch a show. I used to re-watch the episodes all week waiting for Wednesdays to come. Each week was spent re watching and looking for more MRIAG content. I was so heartbroken about his military joining announcement (I had no idea about the mandatory military service). He looks even more handsome, hopefully this drama is fun, the previews look interesting!
