I feel so nostalgic about YNSH <3 It was my first drama, I recommend it to anyone
It was my first drama too! I had seen the Anime and when I found out there was a live action version I had to watch it.

I am so glad you wrote this article. Since I started watching Asian dramas I have been saying that they remind me of the old screwball romantic comedies. It is why I like watching them. Hollywood doesn't know how to make a good rom/com anymore, but luckily I can get my fix watching dramas! It was so neat to see the title of this article and know that I am not the only one that makes the comparison. Some other great screwball comedies that I am often reminded of when watching dramas are It Started with Eve starring Deanna Durbin, and The Major and The Minor with Ginger Rogers and Ray Milland. Both of them are about people pretending to be someone else, and definitely have similar styles to drama. Thanks again for the article!

This sounds really neat! I would love to be able to go next year, too bad I am on the opposite end of the country. If they had one in NYC that would be so much easier for me to get to, I will have to keep my eyes pealed for info. Was it expensive to attend (gotta start figuring out how much I would need to save)?

Guilty of all, but #3 and #4 :D I sometimes have to go through several languages before finding the right word…
To be honest I usually just buy the cheapest kind. You can get a 12 pack of Maruchan ramen for less than $3 at Walmart. But if you want to spend more you can always check out the Organic and all natural brands at Whole Foods ( I am sure other health food stores would have them too). They cost more than the cheap ramen, but they don't have MSG in their seasoning packets, and come in a variety of flavors, like miso and seaweed. It is still fun to just use the noodles and make your own. Add the spices you like and some veggies, or egg. Be forewarned - ramen is addictive!

I can't have msg either, but I still eat ramen. I just buy the type that comes as a brick of noodles with a separate foil packet for the flavoring, then I toss the packet and add my own flavoring to the noodles. For a quick mix I use garlic powder and onion powder with some soy sauce. You could make it as elaborate as you want. There isn't any msg in the noodles themselves, so don't miss out on the fun of ramen and chopsticks just because of an intolerance. You can totally get around it :)
