Title True to Love
Soohyuk is not my favorite male lead character; he is too passive. He had so many chances actually to tell Bora…
I totally agree with your take on Soo-hyuk. He was expressing his concerns about "getting in the way of her happy ending" or whatever (once Ju-Hwan showed up again), but I just don't understand why he even believes that her getting back with him could/should be an option. He was the one who witnessed Ju-Hwan treating Bo-Ra terribly on multiple occasions. I think most male leads would hate to think about the woman they love being with a guy like that, but he was so ready to give up.
That being said, I also thought the drama was really good overall and I'm happy with the way it ended too.

Title True to Love
People are criticizing Bo-Ra for acting "pathetic" over the course of this breakup, but I interpret it differently. Yes, watching her beg for Ju-Hwan back was difficult, but it can be better understood when you put it in the perspective that their relationship was intertwined with her career, her reputation, and her confidence. She has built her entire life around the notion that she understands romantic relationships and excels in that area.
Now that she realizes that everything she thought she knew was a lie, of course she is going to behave in an exaggerated way. This is because the breakup is not just about Ju-Hwan, it is about her entire life and system of beliefs.
(Not to mention she was drunk when that whole scene went down--we've all done stupid things while intoxicated).
