It’s a cute little fluff of a Chinese drama and with a little more work could have been amazing. For me personally I think her appearance was ridiculous- just because you have a tan and some crooked teeth doesn’t mean you would actually look like what they made her. Also, if the sun is so strong and it’s so hot that you get tanned to this degree please at least take off your thick jacket. It makes no sense to present it as if it’s 35/40 degrees and she goes around with her padded jumper ... also, if you will be presenting a fashion degree student at least borrow some sketches/ designs from online to see what they actually do. I work with fashion students and when I see the things this series presents as her “designs” I’m ready to start crying. They didn’t even try with it and this bothers me a lot. If she is supposed to be at least a bit talented a coloured drawing of a pleated long skirt and a peasant shirt with a ridiculous “ basic button” should not be a part of her collection at all. Let alone draping fabric over his clothes and suddenly it turns into an ill fitting basic black jacket/shirt. They actually had proper equipment on set - just use it. Also, when you get towards the end the show starts to drag a lot .. could have made it 6 to 10 episodes shorter without compromising the plot.
