I didn't think the same but no drama is perfect, tho LBL was far from cringey and in fact it’s most natural acted modern C-drama I’ve seen. But again it’s personal preference 😊 I didn't compare, clearly that you are missing the point here. I have put ‘How dare you?’ in my plan to watch list as I liked Wang Churan far before I found Lu Yuxiao natural talent and recently watching her work. In fact, both are my favourites actresses now. So at least now I have something I can enjoy watching after LBL, which is this drama.

I felt that somehow too. It. But I just want to carry on watching Wang Churan after a long while ago watching her breakthrough drama, Are You the One with Zhang Wanyi.

Wang Churan and Cheng Lei comedic vibe may be a hope to make me happy again 🥲 Despite the dubbing annoyance and a slight unnatural acting, so far it’s rather entertaining, just treated it as a parody. I just hope all will be in a good balance till the end.

And you won't believe it more that both characters were Lu Yuxiao when you see her gorgeous ethereal appearance in the recent weibo night! 😊

I couldn't think any of LYX historical drama performances was dull. On the contrary, she’s made characters like Shao Yao, Sangguan Qian, Kang Ning, Ming Su and her most recent, Ming Yi, naturally stood out in straightforward distinguished way, regardless the low budget and/or script writing issue. She just acted them naturally.

I’ve missed Song Yi Meng! Why is her upcoming drama taking so long to broadcast?

It didn't work for me too, as Chen Xingxu was in his best with Lu Yuxiao. Hard to top it up.

To be honest, I have the same problem. Can't really enjoy watching another drama after LBL. I felt that Chen Xingxu was attractively charming with Lu Yuxiao, simply irresistible. Lu Yuxiao 2 upcoming drama will be ages to be broadcasted. Trying to watch Chen Xingxu new drama with Wang Yuwen but It didn't feel the same way when he’s in LBL 😢 I was struggled to carry on and ended up rewatching most Lu Yuxiao drama, again LBL, Love in the Clouds and Blossom in Adversity again and again, perhaps while waiting for Wang Churan and Cheng Lei new drama, How Dare You, on air ☺️

Currently following Lu Yuxia work like a lots. I have watched Perfect Match twice already, maybe next year I will watch it again if still on Netlflix. Very entertaining and made me happy when watching it 😊

If you want to see more screen time of Lu Yuxia, perhaps Love in the Clouds would be better choice but at some point you must watch her in My Journey To You as she indeed intriguingly amazing as Shanghuan Qian.

Tbh this may not be the best, but it’s not as bad as many have said. Story and acting were good. Only it perhaps would be better with 4 less episodes, some of the playing detective scenes were unnecessary. But I enjoy watching to the end.

The Bridgerton series was always be great even after the real identify of Lady Wistledown’s been revealed. Season 4 would be interesting as it’s a Cinderella story of Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek who’s played by Aussie/South Korean actress, Yerin Ha. Maybe Lu Yuxiao could have tried to cast for Sophie tho, as they were some Chinese actresses in this S4 too. Xiao Xiao English is considered good and can be refined easily 😊
