The movie and the whole series is avaible on prettytrad (https://www.prettytrad.com/girls-heroine/lovepatrina). They are french but while they use google drive, google allows us with an option (the ⚙️ button) to change the subtitles in the language whatever we want, so you select english or any other language you want. Yeah, the subtitles are machine translated but still understandable and good enought.
