1. gwan hee was talking to hye seon alone in their room and minji saw that when she entered the room accidentally
2. she asked gwan hee not to wear green on hise date w hye seon literally right after he asked her not to choose min kyu but gwan hee didn’t change the shirt (he even pointed out to hyeseon that they were maching)

i think minji was hurt and that’s why chose minkyu over jinseok

my guess on why minji chose min kyu is that when minji entered her room and saw gwan hee was talking to hye seon alone she was hurt by it and that’s why didn’t choose jin seok as gwan hee had asked her to (which btw entitled much??? like where did he get the audacity)
also she asked gwan hee not to wear green on their date w hye seon as they were matching but he still did
