Definitely not the most spectacular drama ever, but I always feel Hye Ri really gives her all, and doesn't deserve the negative comments she somtimes attracts.
Such a waste, started off well, I personally didn't mind the age gap, I did not think it showed too badly and there where no intense romantic scenes to worry about. But it really limped on to the end and ended very much in a whimper, and somewhere around episodes 12 till 18 it felt very much like groundhog day, as we where watching the same encounters over and over again.
One has to ask, why do they want their medical people and citizens look so pathetic, granted I'm only on episode 10, but we have medical directors who would rather people died on the street and people fighting because they don't want the hospital to have fuel (I mean this wouldn't even be a discussion surely).
Managed to finish it, gave it an 8, always liked a good disaster movie/show, it probably suffers from been a few episodes too long. But I will stand by what I wrote earlier, the actions of some people during in a national emergency would not simply be tolerated.
A real interesting watch, from reading the synopsis you would believe it's a light drama, but it's actually very dark in places. Hats off to the writers for managing to write a 20 episode drama around this subject and all without any filler. A special mention to all the actresses who took part in the pagent scenes I couldnt inagine how it felt to be standing around allday and filming scenes in those swimsuits.
Just because I don't care for FL leads like the one portrayed in this drama doesn't mean there's something wrong…
Everybody is different and everybody like different things (it makes the world go round). But be honest was it really a 1, no of course not you where simply trying to make a statement, a statment that says more about you than the drama you where criticising.
I'm afraid the only person who jumped to conclusions and presumptions about the FL was you, anybody who was able to gain so much insight after barley watching one episode is either a genius or most likely some person who has an over reaching trust in their own intelligence when that just isn't so!
Not a stand out drama, but that doesn't make it bad, if your after a simple story (and not very long,) with plenty of clichés then you've found your drama.
I have one overriding thought after finishing it, and it's about the bullied kids. They where given no redemption at all, in fact if anything it made them out to be complete t***s,
Can't believe all the negative comments, makes me think what where you expecting? It's a show about Zombies, if you wanted oscar standard performances you picked the wrong show to start, and as for plot holes what show/movies doesn't have them, even the best of the best do.
Really enjoyed the animation, I can only describe it as 'Inside Out'for adults. I am by far a happy ending sort of person, so looking forward to seanson 2 so Yu-mi can get her happy ending.
