I laughed when I saw Do Woo from A Man's Story up there. He would be the top of his college. Man, there was a crazy dude. He was the scariest for me in that he could pretend to be normal. D: Those are the ones you'd never expect then BAM. Dead.

In my opinion I loved this remake. It had my favorite actors. IT was special in its own way. I didn't like the…
I prefer silliness over boring though. TTBY was not a Hana Kimi remake. Only thing similar was an outer shell of the plotline. After that it wasn't Hana Kimi related at all. I wish it never claimed to be because that's what ruined for me. At least the Hana Kimi Remake and Taiwanese version stuck to the trueness of the story and not verge off into it's own weirdness.

Edit: Also the silliness of the 2007 is what makes that Hana Kimi beloved by all. Sure it's not like the manga but most remakes are not like the manga. Check out Here is Greenwood, Gantz, and others based off of mangas. Although Beck did a pretty good job I thought. But anyway. Just my thoughts.

I dropped it after episode 5? Especially when I learned no Kayashima character. That's when I realized To the Beautiful You was NOT a Hana Kimi remake/inspiration. It was just a poorly done gender bender show in my book. The 2007 Hana Kimi will always be number one in my book!
