On The Judge from Hell Aug 30, 2025
This show was fun, dark, and surprisingly thought-provoking. The acting was excellent, especially from the criminals—special shoutout to the one pretending to have a personality disorder (so chilling yet weirdly entertaining 🫣).

I understood why Judge Kang killed the criminals, but I didn’t always get why she freed them first—she could’ve just done it in prison. Still, I found it very satisfying how she made each one experience their own crime before the end—it felt like twisted justice.

What I loved most is how strong and commanding the women were throughout the series. It wasn’t just Judge Kang, but the overall presence of women in power that gave the story an extra edge. The mix of supernatural justice with human morality made the series both thrilling and unsettling in the best way.
Eagerly waiting for season 2.

🌚You gave me mixed feelings with this comment, NGL. 😅It wasn't supposed to be "gothic cathedral at midnight"…
I see your point.
On Beyond Evil Aug 23, 2025
Title Beyond Evil
It's honestly beyond words when it comes to Shin Ha-kyun’s acting...he is absolutely phenomenal. This was my first drama of his, and I’ve completely fallen in love with his craft. The character he played was so unique; I especially loved how he could be so unserious at times while still carrying the weight of the story.

Lee Do-hyun’s cameo was such a pleasant surprise, short but impactful, and definitely not something I’d complain about!

But the real heart of Beyond Evil lies in the chemistry between Dong-shik & Joo-won. Their dynamic was electric, blending bromance, rivalry, and trust in a way that kept me hooked. I’ll admit, I found Joo-won’s character a bit irritating in the beginning, but by the end, I was a full-fledged fan.
On Juvenile Justice Aug 22, 2025
Juvenile Justice is an amazing series, with each character having unique traits and individual storylines that enrich the overall narrative. I especially loved how Shim Eun-seok handled each case, her sharp yet vulnerable presence really stood out. Kim Hye-soo’s performance was phenomenal, balancing cold authority with hidden layers of grief.

That said, I do wish her personal story had been explored more deeply. The impact of her child’s death and how it gradually changed her could have been dragged out a little longer to show her growth more fully.

And don’t even get me started on her mother-in-law...I absolutely hated that scene where she slapped Shim Eun-seok in front of everyone, as if it were her fault that her son went to see her.

What also impressed me was how the show portrayed juvenile crime, it didn’t just label the kids as villains, but revealed the difficult circumstances that shaped them. It’s a drama that really makes you think about justice, morality, and empathy.
On When I Fly Towards You Jul 31, 2025
A charming, slow-burn high school romance that leans heavily into nostalgic vibes and youthful innocence—but for me, the real stars weren’t the main couple. While Su Zaizai and Zhang Lurang have their sweet moments, I found myself far more invested in Jiang Jia and Gu Ran. Their dynamic felt livelier, more emotionally layered, and honestly stole every scene they were in. Gu Ran’s playful energy paired with Jiang Jia’s quiet strength? Chef’s kiss.

What made Gu Ran shine even more were all the small, meaningful things he did for Jiang Jia—the kind of subtle, thoughtful gestures that quietly screamed green flag. He wasn’t loud about his affection, but he made it known in all the right ways.

Another underrated gem was Zhang Lurang’s younger brother’s storyline, which added surprising emotional depth and a touching exploration of sibling relationships and personal growth, I truly wish the show had spent more time on.

More than anything, though, this drama felt like a love letter to friendship. The bond between the group was warm, loyal, and filled with genuine care—and honestly? I envy their friendship so much.
On My Golden Blood May 20, 2025
Let’s just get this out of the way: This is a chaotic mess of a series. A glorious, glittery, over-saturated mess. The overall color grading is way too ultra-bright for a vampire story—it’s giving beach day Barbie when it should be gothic cathedral at midnight. And then there’s that scene—when Mark gets hit with a current or… divine lightning? Who knows. It was unclear if he was being electrocuted, chosen by the vampire gods, or just rebooting like a Windows 98 PC. Then his eyes changed to that. One glowing eye?? Not even red! It was giving werewolf-on-a-budget, not vampire royalty. Now, let’s talk about Gawin’s character. The baby-girl act they had him doing? No. Just no. It came off cringey instead of endearing. He could've been a strong, emotionally complex bottom. BUT—and this is a big, sparkly but—the chemistry between Joss and Gawin? Flames. Literal blood-boiling chemistry. They carried this series on their backs, fangs, and sexual tension. They deserve a second shot in a better script—preferably something spicy like a mafia/CEO romance.
On Perfect 10 Liners May 15, 2025
No offense to anyone, but Faifa and Wine’s story completely owned me. They were absolute perfection together. Faifa isn’t just a green flag_ he’s the entire Amazon rainforest with bonus solar panels. Hilarious, charming, emotionally intelligent? He is the new standard. This series originally had an 8.5 in my book, but thanks to Faifa? I’m confidently giving it a 9.And can we talk about Junior for a second? That man has impeccable comic timing, flawless delivery, and a face that belongs in awards reels. It’s criminal he’s only now getting the recognition he’s always deserved.Quirky head and sleepyhead (you know who I mean) gave us the ultimate introvert-meets-extrovert love story. Their honesty? Refreshing. That confession scene? Legendary. But the lines? Oof.“Don’t hang up until you see my face”_ that one knocks the wind out of me every time. And Wine’s “I don’t want this place to be your safe place”?Full. Body. Goosebumps. Emotional damage? Delivered. At first, I thought, everyone deserves someone like Faifa. But then I realized, you have to be someone like Wine to earn a Faifa.
Because Faifa is an open book... and Wine is the only one who ever bothered to read him cover to cover.
On We Best Love: No. 1 For You May 14, 2025
This is the BL drama that started it all for me—and it's still my favorite. The chemistry? Off the charts. The story? Addictive. The acting? Absolutely perfect. I fell hard for Shi De and Shu Yi, and I’ve been hooked on BL ever since. This show has everything: rivalry, pining, heartbreak, and the sweetest love.
On Never Let Me Go May 13, 2025
Title Never Let Me Go Spoiler
Honestly, I’m not sure why Never Let Me Go isn’t getting the love it deserves. Was it perfect? No. But since when do we demand perfection from a show that wears its heart so openly? Sure, there were a few plot holes_what series doesn’t have them if you squint hard enough? But what it did have was soul.

Palm and Nueng completely stole my heart. Their personalities were so well-defined—Palm, with his quiet strength and unwavering loyalty, and Nueng, trying to navigate a world that expected too much from someone so young. Their chemistry? Off the charts

And don’t even get me started on Palm’s parents—especially his mom. I ugly cried when she died. That scene? Gut-wrenching.
I actually think Palm leaving was justified. The poor guy had spent months protecting and loving Nueng and somewhere along the way, he forgot to love himself. Those three months apart weren’t abandonment; they were necessary healing. Sometimes, self-love means walking away to come back stronger.

That said, my one and only gripe? The characters were way too young to be thrown into such heavy, mafia-and-murder-level chaos. I mean, can we at least let them finish their senior year of college before they’re dodging bullets and healing generational trauma? Just a little more age and experience, and it would’ve made everything land even deeper.

But all in all, I loved it. Not flawless, but full of heart—and sometimes, that’s all a show needs.
On The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call Jan 25, 2025
I binged all 8 episodes of this medical drama, and it was an adrenaline rush from start to finish! The intense scenes were perfectly balanced with subtle comedy, and the cases were well-chosen, driving both the overarching storyline and character development. The main lead’s military medic backstory was compelling, and Yang’s surgery on Baek was a pivotal moment that completely transformed him. I loved the dynamic between Yang and the Sudan doctor (No.2) and the standout characters like the nurse (the gangster) and anesthetist Park. Han Yu Rim’s development was especially touching, and Baek’s habit of giving everyone nicknames felt like his way of saying they mattered. The show also did a fantastic job portraying the trauma center team’s growing bonds, making it a truly gripping and heartfelt watch.

Have you watched "Method" (korean) movie?
It was one hell of a well written & well executed script. For one...to understand this movie fully, one needs to know what method acting is first.
On Doctor Prisoner Mar 2, 2023
Namkoong is such a fine actor...THIS DRAMA IS A MASTERPIECE.
For some reason, Namgoong Min reminds me of an older version of NCT Jaemin... as he looks a lot like him 😂

The chemistry between both the acting is the only reason why I'm still watching this show
On The Warp Effect Feb 15, 2023
honestly speaking Jo and Army are so freking hot together! They really need their own series, the chemistry is on the next level...All their NC scenes are top notch
