Why i have a feeling the main villain will be the superior of kyungsoo and not the chief prosecutor. His non smiling face is making me doubt him. He also reminds me of the villain from bad and crazy who pretended to be the nice guy. Also the actor is the main villain from mr.queen.

People didnt expect much from red sleeve because the cast wasn't that famous. But look at it now. Kim seon ho wasn't a big name till startup but he ended up overshadowing everyone. Even in 100days my prince the cast werent super popular. Kim seon ho and han seo her were relatively new comers. D.o never led a drama before and nam ji Hyun was the only one with 2 back to back successful dramas as lead. It ended up being one of the highest kdramas ever.

He committed suicide because even though he won the elections he is still a suspect of murder. So obviously an investigation will be held against him. He can tell the people the video is fabricated but he cannot do that to th e investigation team. They clearly have enough technology to find out whether it's real or not. So he is like a ticking time bomb for the society.

Totally depends on your taste. If you like dark thrillers with complex characters then you might like it.

After the video he became a dead weight to the society. Even though he won the elections its obvious investigation will be done on him. He can use as much PR to redeem his image and say the video was fabricated to the public but he cannot do anything when the video is checked by professionals. It will be revealed to be true. Also his chances of becoming the president became brim as well. His job was to become a mayor and then the president so that the people in the society can indirectly rule the country.

From the first episode itself great aunt was behaving as if her time is up. We thought it's because she had some terminal illness but it was because of her involvement with the

year ago. Pjs and sanga didn't had any reason to keep the aunt alive and the aunt indirectly warned pjs to stay out of her business or else she is expose him. Great aunt had things with her that was a thread to the society. They killed her to get hands on those stuff. Everything from her secret shelf were stolen the night she died. They didn't kill off the aunt because of in Kyung. Why kill the aunt when they can just kill in Kyung if it was about in Kyung?
In Kyung got fired from her job and she acted impulsively and she agreed that she acted impulsively. Like i said before she ain't an experienced master mind that can single handedly destroy pjs.
The video of pjs killing had everyone from doil's dad to in Kyung involved. It's not something that was done out of recklessness. Also if that video wasn't a big deal then pjs wouldn't have to commit suicide. The case would have definitely went to higher authorities and he would have to resign even if he won.

We as viewers know that the stakes are high not the sisters. We know what pjs and sanga are capable of and we know what both in Joo and in Kyung knows when they didn't know what the other person knew. We can say we would have done this or that because we as viewers are shown scenes that the sisters don't know about. We know what relation the great aunt and pjs had because we saw the conversation b/w them. The sisters didn't. We know sanga is crazy because we see her interactions with other characters and how suspiciously she acts with pjs inside closed doors. In Joo don't. All she saw was a crazy pjs destroying a tv in front of 2 kids and some marks on sanga's legs. A normal person won't think sanga is acting and she is the crazier one out of the two.
Again as you said 3 normal girls are forced into a scenario even cops who are trained cannot handle. Then you expect them to not act impulsively and reckless? They aren't trained to control their emotions and think according to the situation like trained army officers or cops. Most people will panic and will do whatever that comes in to their mind when faced with such crisis.
In Joo and in Kyung has been under the radar of sanga and pjs for 3-4yrs without them being aware. Pjs and sanga knows way more about in Joo and in Kyung than the other way around. In every single scenario pjs and sanga have upper hand. Whether it's knowing the opposite person or power or politics or money.
In Kyung now knows about the society but the most important thing was to make sure pjs don't become the mayor as it will increase the power he and the society holds. That's why she is hell bend on stopping him. The sisters finally got support from people like doil and his father who knows more about sanga's family and the society. For the last 3-4 episodes they haven't done anything that needs to be criticised. They are learning from their mistakes and the information they have and is getting back at sanga. They literally forced pjs to kill himself.
MDL don't make half of the audience of the show. The drama has way more positive reaction in YouTube and insta and has good ratings and twitter is busy shipping inko and doil and coming up with possible theories about the show and appreciating the acting of the cast.

The sisters are flawed and they are very much human as characters. If anything, out of all the characters they are the most relatable. Its hard to find people like sanga or doil but it's easy to find vulnerable flawed people like in Joo or in Kyung. Just because some characters make mistakes and blunders and aren't smart enough to read master manipulaters like pjs and sanga doesn't mean they are badly written characters.
An average human being is pretty bad at judging people and can be easily manipulated and are selfish and impuslive. If majority of the people were smart and intelligent to handle any sort of situation thrown at them and read people's intention imagine how hard it would have been for all those politicians around the world to survive. Majority of the people are emotional fools and the ones that aren't rule above them.

The main thing is in Kyung isn't doing it for revenge. She is doing it for justice. If all the police officers, army officers, journalist and everyone with a dangerous job quite due to the fear of getting killed imagine how cowardly the world would be. Nobody would train their ass off to become an army officer or a civil servant. These are jobs that comes with certain level of life threatening risks.
Do you think all of the investigation journalists around the world have an easy life? Do you think they don't get death threads on a daily basis? There are a lot of journalists that risked their life to expose corruption and there are a lot who lost their life. Its part of their job.
In little women itself they showed either one can scrubble to the pressure and be like in kyung's boss who used to be a person with strong morals or be strong enough to not back off from their goal
no matter what
happens like in
Kyung.
There are people that goes by the motto do or die. Its not that hard to believe.
Pjs always knew in Kyung had it in her to go against all odds that why he kept a tab on her since she was a rookie. Else why would someone as rich and powerful like pjs care about a freshly graduate rookie journalist? Her boss tried 4 years to break her spirit and make her quite. She was humiliated and proven wrong multiple times and she kept going. That's a fighter spirit and that shows how strong she is as a person. Sure she makes mistakes. She is not a pro at this game and is young and impulsive. One cannot expect a 20something woman with no experience in manipulation to simply out throw not just pjs but an entire system. It takes time.

Bu Yeon is the oldest. The child actor looked like she is in her mid teens. She is atleast 10yrs older than uk and it goes with the real age of the actors. Naksu might have been 3-4yrs when her father died and her father died after Jung uk was born. He was killed to hide the birth truth of Jung uk.

They are Korean women and most of them will have to live in Korea itself. So obviously they will be more concerned about what Korean society thinks about them rather than what outsiders think of them. I have seen some YouTube videos of Koreans that are raised outside Korea and they don't have the same obsession with physical beauty as women living in sk.
I agree that due to their obsession with looking a particular way most of them end up looking similar. There is very less diversity in Korean/Chinese dramas esp when it comes to female celebs. But then these women live in that society and female celebs anywhere have a
certain amount of pressure to look perfect. Its way harsher for Korean/Chinese celebs.

I am speaking in general and you must be lying to yourself if you don't think male characters esp played by popular or hot actors get half the hate female characters get. Every action of female characters are looked with a microscope and gets neckpicked way more often than male characters. The male characters that get hate mostly will be in dramas with 2 male characters and its mostly fan wars between the two. Its not because of their actions or because they are annoying.

I am not saying Choi doil is not a well written character. All the characters in this show are well written. What I am saying is hating on in Joo for not trusting him when she don't have any reason to completely trust him. He is a walking red flag. Yes he is hot, yes he has the mysterious aura but would he go against pjs and family if it wasn't for the 70B attached to in Joo?. He himself admits he is with injoo simply because she has access to 70b won. So if she doubts him when that amount is physically with her is a very natural thing. He can simply knock her out and take that money. Even we as viewers don't know what he is gonna do next then why question in Joo for not completely trusting him?
