There was no queer baiting from hwajeong's side at all... Its made clear that she still likes her husband even before the teacher came back and her affection was anything but romantic... She clearly only cared for the teacher as a friend and younger sister... After hearing the teacher's side of the story we know why she was so adamant on being like old times and why she is so attached to hwa Jeong... The teacher's initial actions can be doubtful but after the revelation of her backstory it don't look like she has romantic feelings for hwajeong or her husband...

So it's obvious that even though she has dating experience she wasn't really in love with anyone or had emotional attachment with any of them... She might have been like this if she had a relationship with the SML as she had an emotional attachment with him... Her not being all in or the other party also being like her might be the reason none of her relationship lasted that long... She remembers her college boyfriend due to the insult she faced and apart from him she don't seems to have any relationship that she remembers or even cherishes... Now she is completely involved with dushik and she herself has no idea what she is doing... She is overly excited and completely in love with him... Not all 30yr old behave the same way... When I was a teen I thought been 30 was old but now that I am nearly 30 I know it's not that big of a deal... Yumi and hyejin are different people with different life experiences... It's not necessary that they need to behave the same way... Hyejin is someone who craves for love, lost her mother at a young age and she literally never had anyone who pampered her the way dushik is pampering her... So she is living her childhood and being silly with him... There is literally nothing wrong with it...
