MDL needs to have turkish dramas to their list as well...

i agree on the macho part... i think compared to kdramas its a little better in turkish dramas... i dont really see the male leads in turkish drama trying to control the way the FLs dress and say they to cover up or anything... i have seen that a lot on asian dramas and they even make it look romantic which i hate...

Hayat Bazen Tatlidir... its hard for me to remember this name as well... i had to go back to youtube and check the name... lol

they edited out all the romance or any sort of intimate scenes from the drama after the backlash the kiss from ep 1 got... thats why it dont have any kissing scenes...
BR got aroung 6000 complaints so the channel and the makers have to change a lot in the storyline... the change in the way the drama was shot fromep1-6 and the rest is quite visible

Turkish melodrama seems to be too much for me... Some of the villians really get on my nerves...
You should watch gunesin kizlari and love 101... Both are good...

The oho in his deep voice and cute face is really funny... He has such a deep voice for a baby penguin

i guess the only other way to watch turkish drama is the urdu dubbed ones on youtube... i watch ask lafta alnamaz's urdu version pyaar laftzo mein kaha... that was my first turkish drama... i randomly saw a video edit of that drama and ended up watching the urdu dubbed ones...
i am watching bay yanlis on turkish 123...

tell me about it... at first i was fine but then i got so bored with kdrama female character's fashion... kdrama might be the only place wear male charatcers dress better than female characters... the over dose of pastel and light colours are too much... there is rarely anything colourful... its even more boring when i watch the red carpet gowns of female actors... it looks like they all did shipping from the wedding collections... too much of white gowns...
even thai dramas which has way lesser budget than kdramas have much better wardrobe....
turkish dramas have amazing wardrobes and the female characters wear all kind of dresses which i like... they also use a lot of ornaments as well...

i just google that show and it has 101 episodes.... wow... that long...
i am familiar with kivance... he is the guy from ask-i-memnu...
i also only remember the easy names like hande ercel, hazal kaya,burcu ozberk, berk atan, can yaman, beren saat etc... i didnt even know that 'can' was pronounced as jaan until i saw a video in which his name was pronounced...
bay yanliz is a fun time pass drama.. the leads have better chemistry in this one than in dolunay but i liked can yamaz's look in dolunay... he looks like a mini hulk in bay yanlis... i like ozge's style better in bay yanlis...

where do you watch turkish dramas...
there is this turkish drama called hayat banzen tatlidir with the FL from siyah beyaz... she plays a highschool teacher and her sister or daughter is a highschool student... i watched the firt 2 or 3 episodes withe eng sub on youtube and cannot find the rest of the episodes with eng sub anywhere...

i also dropped dolunay but i liked the chemistry of ozge and can... they look good together... bay yanlis is just a simple rom-com which is like a time pass so i dont mind the cheesiness.. dolunay was more like a family drama with gangster villain and all that which i dont like... i dont really like turkish melodramas even though i have seen feriha and ask-i-memnu...
i want to see hande ercel and burak denis as well as berk atan and burcu ozberk together again but they havent done any 2nd drama together...
i mostly watch turkish dramas to drool over beautiful people, beautiful locations and beautiful wardrobe... kdramas give the female characters such boring outfits...

he clearly dont want to give more stress to his daughter and he cares for his daughter enough to not use her for his own advantage...

i am watching bay yanlis now... it has the same lead as dolunay which i watched when you gave the link to the site... can yaman and ozge gurel... i kind of dropped dolunay but bay yanlis only has 14 episdoes so i might finish watching it...

i female lead in rookie historian did a decent job and her character was also likable... even in gangnam beauty the FL did a good job and one of the main reasons i gave a blind eye to cew's acting is because he had decent chemistry with the FL...
i just home snowdrop is like waikiki when it comes to giving importance to charatcers... that drama is a multicast drama in true sense... everyone got equal screen time... else its an injustice to khy and if jisoo is a bad actor then she will easily overshadow the FL...

love 101 is a netflix original and only has 9 or 10 episdoes... so there is no dragging... its also a light hearted drama
gunesin kizlari has around 30-35 episodes but it has multiple leads so everyone gets equal screen time...
i am currently watching bay yanlis and it only has 14 episodes( more than 2 hours each episdoe).. its like the turkish drama version of hollywood movie the ugly truth... the leads have good chemistry... i was watching another drama with the same lead pair but dropped it as it was more family kind of drama but liked those two together so started watching their new drama together...
a lot of turkish drama is dubbed into urdu and uploaded on youtube so i have seen some dramas here and there...
i have seen more than half of feriha, ask i memnu, ask laftan alnamaz etc... there are a lot of others but i cannot remeber the name...
i mostly only watch rom-com turkish dramas...

i hope they do... kdramas need to repeat onscreen pairing of hit couples...

1.slice of life- hospital playlist
2.romatic thriller - flower of evil
3.rom-com with family values - go back couple and 18 again
4.out an out rom-com with leads with great chemistry( perfect time pass dramas) - strong woman do bong soon, whats wrong with secretary kim, suspicious partner, 100 days my prince..
5. fantasy dramas - goblin, tale of the nine tailed, hotel del luna...
6. suspense thrillers - memorist, signal, 365 repeat the year...


dont know exactly what genre iotnbo and sky castle comes under but i like these two dramas as well... i also like kingdom on netflix...

i hate the fact that today is mr.queen day and i have to wait till tomorrow to watch the new episodes...
why isnt this on netflix?
