i am not a lost cause... i am being realistic... HJP is my favorite character but i accept the fact that he is the second lead and there are high chances of him not ending up with dalmi... if against all odds HJP and dalmi ends up together i will be happy but i wont be disappointed if that dont happen because i am fully prepared for that...
the only scene where i think dosan wont get dalmi is when he didnt see the rainbows at the end of ep 12... young dalmi said when she saw the rainbows she felt like her dreams will come true and dosan didnt see the rainbows... his dream is dalmi and it might be an indication that his dream wont be fulfilled... apart from that the entire drama is highly inclined towards dodal endgame... dalmi dont even seems to have any sort of soft corner towards HJP apart from his being a good mentor to her... she respects him and is thankful that he helped her learn things... apart from that she dont even seem to care that this is the guy who wrote her letters for a whole year...

lmao... if it wasnt for the army guys and the second leads i would have dropped it... there were only 2 scenes where i cried in the entire drama... one was when seri met the guys in s.korea and the other when the second lead died... even though i liked the leads and their pairing i wasnt really emotionally invested in them... but overall it was a good drama... i didnt feel like i wasted my time watching it and it had some hilarious scenes...

right now the only way the character of dosan can look like the male lead is getting dalmi at the end... dosan as a character is heavily overshadowed by HJP and NJH will end up being a second lead if HJP-dalmi are end game and i dont think that will happen... it will affect the brand value of the actor and NJH's fans will be extremely angry... i dont think NJH would have chosen to do this drama if he wasnt the male lead... in school 2015 also, logically the fl was supposed to end up with the second guy and the only reason NJH's character got some importance was because she chose him... at that time NJH wasnt even that famous and the second lead is an idol and even acted better than him... he still didnt get the girl... compared to that startup even has lesser chances considering dalmi didnt had any sort of feelings for HJP till now...

i am not on Twitter but i saw this one since someone shared this on the comment session earlier... the thing with rom-com kdramas are, they arent very deep and some scenes are there just to give the effect for just a short period of time and it dont hold any importance in the long run... just look at the letters for example... completely forgotten in just one episode... they hold zero importance for the last 3-4 episodes... also even though the drama has 2 guys, the entire promotion is focused on just NJH and suzy... even in record of youth the second lead was promoted offscreen more than kim seon ho even though he didnt had half importance as HJP... tale of the nine tailed also highly promoted kim bum as the second lead even though he didnt had any loveline with the female lead and he isnt the main villian...
