I find it odd that you claim it is a delicate matter, and then proceed be vulgar. I also wonder how you know that…
I never wanted to imply that no one else has been bullied like that. I was just addressing the people in the comment section that have said things like "grow a pair", "bullying is normal and happens to everyone", and that it's basically on you if you "decide" to be a victim. This kind of people clearly have never experienced this kind of bullying, otherwise they wouldn't say such things.

From a developmental stand point, given the age he would have been when the incidents occurred, the average person…
I suppose it's a matter of cultural differences. In my country until the age of 14 there is little to no legal consequences, even if you kill someone, and until 18 you are still treated like a child in a court of law. The all point is that studies show that children and adolescents, have so little structure morally and personality wise, that you can't even diagnose them with a personality disorder, such as psychopathy.

If what he is accused of is true, this is an extremely delicate matter. We are not talking about picking on someone, some of these things could easily put a person in jail so, to all the people saying that regardless the victims should grow a pair and carry on with their life and that everybody gets bullied and it's not a big deal, I would just like to say a big FUCK YOU! from the deep of my heart. I have never been bullied like this in my life and, guess what, neither have you. So, since non of us can actually understand the psychological impact that this kind of things can have on someone, let's just refrain from judging any of the victims, their "timing" or the fact that they still haven't moved on.
With that in mind I would also remind to everyone that the actions of a 13 year old are not judged by law in the same way as those of an adult would. The morals and empathy of a teenager are not fully developed, and bullies often do what they do to express a psychological suffering of their own, and I personally think they need therapy more than they do punishment.
From my point of view, the real question is: can we condemn someone for something they have done when their personality wasn't even fully grown? Do we, as a society, have the right to old people accountable for their wrong doings for all their lives?

If anyone actually got through this long ass rant, I would really like to hear your opinion
