this just crossed my mind but i can't help thinking about how there is a relevance to the plot why they changed the actress for the present NHD when kim tae ri can actually play the role. it signifies the change that happened to her throughout the years positively and most probably negatively in a way that through her journey to the top of her athlete game, she lost some of her qualities and lost some things that she once cherished. Which is also highlighted in the most controversial "did we go to the beach?" scene recently. This might also be one of the lessons that the drama wants us to know. It might want to convey that we must seize the moment for nothing last forever and everything is subjected to change. Happy moments might not last forever but it will help you move on and keep yourself together for a while and which will help you go through the harsh realities of life.

this also crossed my mind in a way that i thought maybe present hee-do wasn't the real hee-do not necessarily that yu-rim is the present hee-do. but this wouldn't explain the interactions she is getting from strangers.

i think that scene is somehow misleading us viewers to appeal to our emotions. i mean she remembers the first lunch of the squad how can she forget their trip. also, the way she delivered the "did we go" sounds a little bit like it is sarcastic or so i hope.
