From my interpretation, he did it for Ju A's sake. He didn't want to put pressure on her or cause her any additional stress by being pushy, so he respected her wishes instead. Even Fl's mom said they could have fought to stick together like the uncle and aunt, but they broke up cause one of them was not fully committed.
They have the right to stay angry for however long want. Would you tolerate your husband cheating on you with…
I am not saying she is not innocent, but they are no hindering her life in anyway or interacting with her, and tbh how else are they supposed to react to her?
You know, at the beginning in ep one she did say she didn’t know any happy married couple that’s maybe the…
You could say the same about the ML,the couples around him are a lot more dysfunctional than the ones in the FL's family. I get that it could explain her hesitation, but she backs off a little too easily. Nobody really calls her out on it either until today's ep, so she never realizes that she can't keep leading the ML on while expecting him to do all the work to keep their relationship going. She's gotten a little too comfortable with him always being the one chasing after her.
Ok, I haven't finished watching ep47, but I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed in JuA right now. Or I…
Imo, she's been like this from the very beginning. Unlike the ML, who has always had eyes only for her, Ju A has always wavered. The family conflict only made it harder for her to commit, but she often used it as an excuse as well, even her friend finally pointed it out this ep. It was honestly refreshing to see people call out her lack of commitment, cause it was frustrating to watch the Ml pour his all in only for her to back out every single time.
I've been saying this from the start, the FL and ML took so long to work things out largely because Ju A wasn't as committed as the ML. Today's episode finally had the friend, VP, and even the FL's mom point that out.
Yes, the conflict caused their breakup, but the FL also gave up every time things got hard. The ML eventually did too because he couldn't keep fighting for their relationship alone, especially at the expense of both families' happiness.
I'm glad the writers and characters finally acknowledged this and called her out.
So far, it's looking good. It also seems to have higher production quality than The First Man.
It’s definitely a makjang, tho it’s a bit different because it’s more family centric, with messy family relationships and cheating. There is a villain who makes the female lead’s life miserable, but I’m not sure if she’s the main villain. She does some awful things, but she’s nowhere near as bad as villains like Hwayeong.

I don't think they were hating on her, aside from some of the bitter things the mom said. (the younger brother is the exception). They were living their own lives. She was the one who went there and asked to change her surname. Tbh, their actions can't be justified, but how else were they supposed to react to her?
I hope the Ml has character development and isn’t so gullible.. I hope he figures things out instead of lashing out on the victim while believing the bully
Also, I don't understand the rest your comment..😅
