I don't think the "mothers" have any right to be unhappy about the families relationship. They are outside…
Yeah, that’s exactly why it’s so frustrating. They’re taking advantage of the resentment between the two families when, honestly, both families should be healing together since they’re both victims, instead of hating and blaming each other. The mothers keep enabling that resentment, which only makes any real progress even more difficult and frustrating.
Imo, the hatred between the two mothers isn’t even that complicated. They hide behind the family issues, but in reality, a lot of it seems rooted in petty insecurities, education, looks, ability to do housework, etc. They’re constantly competing with each other even though they come from completely different backgrounds and have had completely different roles in life. Ironically, they both look down on and envy the exact same differences in each other imo
I honestly don’t think the grandmother and mother are as unreasonable as people are making them out to be. The grandma seems more focused on keeping peace and protecting her daughter-in-law’s health than opposing the relationship itself. And while the mother clearly has her own resentment, I also think part of her fear comes from how the ML’s family has acted before, especially Seri being so cruel about the leaked video situation. At the same time tho, I do think the FL’s family acts morally superior at times, as if they’re kinder or more righteous, while they’re still holding onto hatred and resentment themselves. Both mothers need to chill. They’re each insecure in their own ways, and everyone else ends up walking on eggshells around them
the main couple so far is disappointed .... since day one , i dont see the chemistry of a couple in love dating…
I was worried to make this comment, but I agree. The main couple is honestly pretty boring, and even their individual scenes feel flat. I don’t think it’s the actors’ fault, tho. I loved them in Gaksital and was really excited to see them reunite as a couple. I think the issue is more with the writing and how their characters and relationship are written
I’m not super upset about the main couple breaking up. Maybe it’s because I’m not that invested in their storyline, or maybe it’s because I know they’ll eventually get back together, especially with how fast-paced the plot is. But I am worried about the uncle and aunt. I love them so much, and I really hope everyone is mature enough not to make a big deal out of their relationship. They’re older, and people don’t get many chances to find someone they truly love and are genuinely compatible with at that age
I must say, the actress who plays Minseo is very pretty. I last saw her in Cinderella's Game, and I think playing a character like Minseo suits her much better. I hope she gets more roles in the future
I sympathize with Eun Bin's perspective; she doesn't want to see either Min Seo or Se Ri hurt, but I think she…
Tbh yeah, and I also can’t look past the fact that she probably would have kept the secret if it weren’t for U Jae, which ended up clearing up the jealousy she developed due to misunderstanding his relationship with Minseo
I like how mature Eunbin is being, especially considering her character is usually immature and somewhat selfish. I honestly think letting Seri know is the best way to handle it, even if it’s messy. If the truth comes out later, it’ll be way messier and way more dramatic. But then again this is a weekend drama, and they need something to hold on for 50 episodes..
