The kidnapper lady should have been caught the moment Grandpa was found by his family. Should have ended the whole kidnapping plot, with her getting arrested and finally revealing her motive. But I'm just going to tell myself that the kidnapping storyline and Director Baek's evil redevelopment scheme were simply plot devices to bring the remaining two couples together.

But they did get together relatively earlier in the series and dated for a while before breaking up, which is also uncommon.

I felt the second hand embarrassment for Ju A, poor girl xDDD

If I had to choose who dies, I'd choose Grandpa, so I guess it's alright. He even had a funeral portrait taken and doesn't seem particularly enthusiastic about getting a transplant. Maybe this way he can be reunited with his wife.

I thought that scene was meant to foreshadow what was going to happen historically, which is why they made her resemble Woohee. So it's a combination of fiction and history, especially since most of the characters' fates ended up being historically accurate despite incorporating fictional elements.

Someone online said historically Wook's daughter is married or has an affair or something with Baek Ah and I am even more confused, I wish they explained that part or skipped it altogether :(

I think Seongmi would be a lot more accepting than Seri
